Do you enjoy being in nature? How about climbing to high vistas and looking out from the top? What about looking at the stars, while you enjoy the warmth and light of a campfire?
I think that living as a follower of Christ can be like this, with feelings of excitement, elation, or contentment. However, it can also be difficult in the culture today, especially for our kids. Life can feel rigorous, painful, confusing too; are we on the right track? I feel lost.
What if we could have a road map to help us out or a compass that always pointed true?
Wouldn't it be so much easier to follow a path that is well marked with signs?
At Camp heArtful Camp #2 Paths and Purpose we will explore these ideas and see that we actually do have signs, maps, and a compass available to us. Using nature and the great outdoors as our theme we take a closer look at our purpose as followers of Christ and leaders along the Pathway.
